Leech socks

New socks
Today my recently ordered Leechs socks from Amazon came in the mail. Strangely they were send from Thailand. Why did I had to pay 15 dollars then  for mailing this small envelop dear Amazon?

Why those socks?
Well I don't want to be eaten by leeches when walking in the jungle.
I haven't booked that much yet, but I did book with Ecoteer.com a volunteer project in the jungle in NE Sabah. There I will study the Orang Utan and Pygmee Elephants and we will plant some trees there too, because of deforestation by the palmoil industree, making the habitat for the wild animals smaller and smaller.

Have tried them on and they fit, coming halfway my thighs (dijen).


Why English?
I started with only Dutch readers, but since yesterday I have one reader from NOrway, who can't read Dutch. That's why.

Ben je niet goed in het lezen van Engels, laat het me dan weten. Wie weet ga ik dan twee-/drietalig schrijven.

Er du ikke flink på Engelsk, si i fra til meg. Kanskje jeg da kan skrive på flere språk.

But I promise you that I will try to write easy to understand English... with sometimes a sentence in your language.

Tambunan Rafflesia Reserve, 20 km v Tambunan, met 1 m bloemen in de jungel als je geluk hebt. Ranger kost 100 mr in de jungel, tax tur retur tambunan 100mr.

di-zon, sabah agricultural park/taman pertanian+1km, 09.00-16.30 u, 15 km NW v Tenom, zeldzame Hoya's en meer.

Limestones near Kalimantan; Batu Punggul - Sapulot, boeken via Orou Sapulot (in KK via Sticky Rice). Watervallen, longhouse homestay, zwemmen in bruine rivier en meer.
